Cedar House Bed & Breakfast offers five very unique accommodations, each with their own personality and beautiful views of the coffee farm and ocean coastline. We take pride in our home, making sure your stay with us is filled with gracious hospitality, fresh immaculately cleaned rooms and gourmet Island breakfasts. All our rooms have private entrances, private bathrooms, cable TV, wireless internet access and are dedicated to your comfort.

We provide coolers, beach towels and beach equipment for your use.

There is a wonderful guest lanai that offers awesome views. A great place for that first cup of our 100% Private Estate Kona Coffee or enjoying the sunsets.

The Pacific Wing – A two bedroom, one bathroom unit in a private wing located on the main floor of Cedar House. It is a perfect fit for family or friends traveling together.

The Pikake Rose Room – Located on the ground floor, a lovely spacious room with a king bed and a twin bed. It is furnished beautifully in Hawaiian floral print, a light and airy decor. For those requiring accommodations for one, two or three persons, the Pikake Rose room is the answer!

The Ulu Room – Appointed in Tropical Hawaiian style, this delightful room is ideal for those who enjoy privacy and a limited dining-in option. It is located on the ground floor and is a favorite for honeymooners and those planning longer stays.

The Hibiscus Suite - This is the newest addition to Cedar House Bed & Breakfast. The Hibiscus Suite is a charmingly appointed two- story apartment with open kitchenette, living room, dining area and bathroom all located on the ground floor. The open air master bedroom with queen bed and second small loft-style bedroom with twin beds are located on the upper floor. The Hibiscus Suite is a real "home away from home".

The Hibiscus Suite rate is $145 per night, plus tax, based on single/double occupancy. Additional $20 per person, per night charge. Maximum capacity of six. The Hibiscus Suite has a four night minimum stay and we offer a 7th night free!

The Coffee Cottage - A separate dwelling, approximately fifty yards from the main house. The covered lanai (deck) with outside dining and porch swing is the perfect place to enjoy our tropical setting! The Coffee Cottage is cute and comfortable offering guests privacy and a more flexible routine for breakfast. Please ask us for details on our non-hosted breakfast service. With two bedrooms, full kitchen, living and dining room it invites you to “move in and stay awhile”.

Rate: $135 per night, plus tax, based on single/double occupancy. Additional $20 per person, per night charge. Maximum accommodation for five. There is a 4 night minimum stay required for the Coffee Cottage. See SPECIALS for weekly rate!

DEPOSIT: Reservations are confirmed with a deposit of fifty percent of room rate by credit card or check. This deposit does not include tax. The balance is due upon check-out and can be paid by MC/Visa, Traveler’s Checks or Cash. Partial stays are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS: There is a $50 booking fee on all cancellations after deposit is received. Your deposit, less booking fee, will be returned in full if cancellation is received at least 3 weeks prior to arrival from May to November, and 6 weeks prior to arrival from December through April. If cancelled after these dates we will refund you in full, less booking fee, only if we can re-book your room.

CHECK-IN: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 a.m.
